otherwise known as 臭豆腐 (smelly beancurd). A popular roadside dish at Hong Kong/Taiwan. Smells like rubbish yet taste so heavenly. Made from fermented beancurd (toufu) and soaked in a tubful of herbs for many days, till it stinks so much that people run away from it. Supposedly good for health too because of the herbs. Appears in different forms in different countries.
